Product Information:
Our product is made to be outdoors. They will never fade from the sun and never rust due to the materials we use.
All metals are stainless steel (including the spring) and the mushroom stem is CPVC.

Ordering Information:
Ordering over the Net is safe and easy. When ordering online, you will have the opportunity to view your order total, taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges, before submitting your order and credit or debit card information.
Shortly after you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation of the order.

Quality:
We inspect each item before it ships to ensure the highest quality. Please keep in mind that each item is hand made and hand painted so slight variations between the actual product and the website photo may occur.

Delivery Time:
Generally your order will ship from our studio within 7 business days.

Payment Information:
For your convenience, we accept Debit Cards and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) payments through our
secure online website.

Shipping Information:
We use the United States Postal Service as our standard method of shipment.  
Currently we only ship within the 48 contiguous states.
Our standard shipping rates are based on the order subtotal.

Order subtotals $0 to $29.99 the shipping charge is 10.95
Order subtotals $30.00 to $49.99 the shipping charge is 12.95
Order subtotals $50.00 to 74.99 the shipping charge is 14.95
Orders $75.00 and up - Free Shipping!

Damaged Order:
If possible, packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 calender days of the date of delivery.

Whimsy Garden Decor by Jane Mari does not knowingly collect personal information from children or sell to individuals under the age of 18.
